How do I place my order?
You can place an order directly by simply stopping in or calling us. We do require a retainer fee to secure your wedding date at the time your order is placed. If you would like more information, please call us at 1-414-383-1002.

How far in advance can I place my order?
It is never too early to place your order. Because we're fanatical about the quality of our work, we limit the number of wedding flower packages we offer every weekend. Ordering now reserves your wedding date and locks in the price you see today even if your wedding is a year or more away.
Please note that all wedding flower package orders must be placed at least 3 weeks prior to the wedding date.
If you wait too long to order you may find that your wedding day is fully booked so it is best to reserve your date early!

Where do you deliver?
Currently we deliver wedding flowers throughout much of southeastern Wisconsin. Or if you prefer, your flowers may be picked up at our shop.

What is the delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary depending on the time and miles involved, but typically $15 to $75. We will tell you the delivery cost when you order.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we do charge sales tax on top of product and our delivery charge. The sales tax is currently 5.6%.

What payment methods do you accept? Is a deposit required? When is my final balance due?
We accept payment by check drawn on a local bank, cashier's check, or cash.
We require a $500 (or 50% for wedding orders less than $1000.00) non-refundable fee to reserve a specific date and time for your wedding. The retainer locks in the price. This fee will be credited toward the total price of your order.
Final balance payments are due no later than 14 calendar days before your wedding date.

How do I know you have not lost or forgotten about my order?
We know that you have a lot on your mind as your wedding day draws near. To let you know that things are on track, we'll contact at regular intervals. If you have questions or concerns, you can call us at 1-414-383-1002.

Can I cancel my order? What happens to my retainer fee if I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel your order up to 14 days before your wedding date. All cancellations must be in writing, and sent via our contact form or regular mail.
If you cancel your order more than 30 days before your wedding date you will be charged just your retainer fee.
Unfortunately, if you cancel your order less than 14 calendar days before your wedding date, we cannot refund any of your order amount.

At this time, only roses are offered in these specially-priced wedding flower packages. In the future, we will be adding other seasonal packages. Stay tuned.
Although our rose packages work for many weddings, they are not right for everyone.

Our personal wedding flower packages are designed as a value-priced option that will fit many, but not all weddings, and are sold as a package only. If one of our packages doesn't fit your needs, or you would prefer custom designs, please call us to schedule a consultation.

What are the differences between the Grand and Classic packages? Is one better than the other?
The main difference between the packages is the amount of flowers in each of the bouquets. Here is a sample of the differences:
The Grand rose bridal bouquet consists of 24 roses. The Classic rose bridal bouquet consists of 15 roses.

I'd like my bridal bouquet to be a different color from my bridesmaids bouquets. Is that possible?
Yes, you can mix and match bouquet colors. You can also change the color of the groom's boutonniere so it's different from the rest of the boutonnieres.

My bridal bouquet and attendant bouquets are silk flowers. I just need boutonnieres and corsages. What can I do?
Corsage and boutonnieres can be ordered at our regular prices. We do have boutonniere and corsage only packages. Although the packages are larger, they may be more cost-effective. Boutonnieres and corsages can be used in many creative ways - as a cake topper, tied to the cake knife, tied on the champagne flutes, pinned to the ring bearer's pillow, tied into an arch - just to name a few!

Can I make additional changes to the content of the package, like mixing the colors of the bouquets, corsages or boutonnieres?
